Bill summary: (Measure passed Senate, amended, roll call #55 (56-27) (Provisions of S.Res. 93 included in passage)) Sets forth rules of procedure on a motion to close debate, under rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, including that passage of such motion shall require a three-fifths vote of Senators duly chosen and sworn, except on a measure or motion to amend the Senate rules, which shall require a two-thirds vote of Senators present and voting.
